  • USPS First Class Mail - Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days.
  • FedEx International First® – Delivery by 8:30am in 2 business days to Basel, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Milan or Paris
  • FedEx International Priority® – Time-definite delivery in 1-3 business days to more than 210 countries
  • FedEx International Economy® – Delivery in 2-5 business days (3-10 business days to Mexico or Puerto Rico) to more than 205 countries

Considerations - First Class Mail, FedEx, Duties and Taxes
  • International shipping rates will be calculated when you continue checkout and the country and zone in the world has been determined. E&B Company ships most international orders under $100 dollars via FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL, unless FedEx service has been selected
  • Exceptions to this are: All international orders over $100 are defaulted in most cases to FEDEX INTL. ECONOMY.
  • E&B does not charge tax for international orders, but the customer is responsible for paying any duties/VATs that their country charges. These fees are due, in most cases, at the time of package delivery.

Additional Considerations and Notes
  • ANY ORDERS WITH BACKORDERED AND IN-STOCK ITEMS ARE HELD UNTIL ALL ITEMS SHIP IN ONE PACKAGE.
  • Packages sent via FIRST CLASS AIR MAIL currently cannot be tracked while en-route. E&B assumes no responsibility for lost packages.
  • Our shipping confirmation email and tracking number are for internal use only. They are NOT a FedEx tracking number. Please login to your account to track orders.
  • FedEx does NOT deliver to PO, APO or FPO boxes. If a box number is entered in a shipping address, the order will not be shipped until a valid address is received from the customer.
  • Our FedEx service does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
  • Example: An overnight order shipping on Friday will arrive Monday. A two-day shipment will arrive Tuesday.
  • Unless customer has signature on-file with FedEx, the package must be delivered to a location where someone can sign for the package. FedEx will attempt delivery 2-3 times before returning the package to E&B Co.
  • E&B Co. will incur and return charge from FedEx. To reship the order, a $15 fee will be charged to the customer (domestic service only).
  • In the case a customer has a signature release filed with FedEx, and the package is missing or was late the customer is encouraged to contact FedEx directly.
