How do I track my package?


All packages sent via FedEx can be tracked in route to its final destination. Tracking numbers are emailed from FedEx after the order has been shipped. You can also find your tracking number by logging into your EBcases.com account.

When will my order ship?


If your order was placed before 1 pm PST, it will ship that same day (Mon-Fri only). If your order contained backordered items it will ship once all items have been received into stock. We fulfill most orders with backordered items within 5-10 business days.


 







How do I return my case?
