Return Policy

Our return policy is simple.


If you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return the product UNUSED within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund of the item price.


PLEASE NOTE:
The 30-day period is NOT a trial period. Cases returned with signs of wear and tear will not be credited. If you would like to exchange the original purchase, please place an order for the new item and return the original purchase for a credit. All shipping costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the customers responsibility. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
International customers only The 30 day return period may be extended to allow for delays in transit. Please notify us if an additional extension is required.





Please follow these simple instructions:


Step 1 - Login to your EBcases account
Step 2 - Navigate to the My Account Tab
Step 3 - Under the Order Options, click Request a Return
Step 4 - Fill out the Return Authorization Form
Step 4a - Make sure to Give a reason for the return
Step 4b - Select the product that you will be returning and then click add
Step 4c - Before Clicking Submit/Print make sure all your billing information is correct
Step 5 - Once You have a Return Authorization printed, send the product back to the address listed below:
(Make sure to include the return authorization form and also your a copy of your packing list or invoice)


Note: Products lost in transit or damaged due to improper return packaging will not be credited.
